After more than twenty years'high-speed development, China's motorbike industry has made a great progress, becoming an important part of national economy. Nowadays motorbike's market competition is so sharp that hundreds of motorbike's enterprises in our country, whether are big or small, hard survive in the market.As a state-owned motorbike enterprise with a long history, after experiencing the high speed increase in the late of 1980s and in the early of 1990s, market shares of JIANSHEmotorbike gradually decreases every year and falls into the inferior position in competition. So it is imperative to adjust market competition strategy. Renewal of competitive emphases and optimization of motorbike product line are the beginning to regain the competition advantages. Under the actual condition of relative superfluous amount, it is an imperative researchful subject that how to analyze the competition of motorbike market and make decision in the informationalization and globalization market for JIANSHEmotorbike.This paper starts from the domestic and foreign developmental actuality of motorbike market, and analyze market prospect and development trend of motorbike industry after China's entrance into WTO, as well as JIANSHEmotorbike and its rivals'market strategy. On the base of deep investigation and comprehensive collection of materials, by using for reference the domestic and foreign excellent enterprises'successful development experiences and the tend of development of motorbike product after China's entrance into WTO, this essay discusses the adjusting for market strategy and the improvement of product of JIANSHEmotorbike, and provide scientific theory for the design of market competitive strategy of JIANSHEmotorbike. With the use of the Method of Layer Analysis and Order Theory, the paper also improves Plan of Product Priority Order of JIANSHEmotorbike.
