Study On Construction Of The Service System For Small And Medium Enterprises In Yulin

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Yulin is an important force in achieving sustainable economic growth, promoting social development harmoniously and steadily. In recent years, municipal government has increasingly been emphasizing on local SMEs and gradually introduced series of policies, which relate to SMEs, supporting their development. While environment for the growth of SMEs has been gradually improved and agencies boom in each county come to a result, which providing services for SMEs, development and growth of SMEs have been seriously restricted because of difference in resources endowment between north-south, diverse feature and service market for SMEs in disorder etc. Therefore service system for SMEs in local can be optimized and constructed from the whole perspective of economy and society during Twelfth Five Years Plan in Yulin.This paper analyzes the features of SMEs, problems in development and construction environment of service system for local SMEs which based on summarizes research situation at home and aboard on service system of SMEs. The construction of service system for SMEs in Yulin has been systematic studied. The main work is as follows:(1) Summary of the main problems of SMEs development, which based on SMEs features in Yulin area.(2) In order to improve the service system for SMEs in Yulin, the paper focus on aspects of information service platform, technological innovations, education and training institutions, business counseling base, marketing methods, financing guarantee etc. and make a analytical study on foundation for SEMs service system in Yulin.(3) Though SWOT quantitative analysis of construction environment for SMEs system in Yulin, demonstration has been made that SMEs service system in Yulin would be constructed by grasping the overall situation, seizing opportunities, striving to develop and along the strategic route of pioneering actively.(4) Based on"Public service platform for small and medium enterprises guidance"issued by Ministry of Industry and Information and seven other ministries and commissions, combines the results of the study, construction principles, ideas and content for construction of SMEs service system in Yulin have been proposed.
