Strategy Research On The Improvement And Perfection Of Social Service System For Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Gansu Province

Under the background of economic globalization, small and medium-sized enterprises growth is closely related to development level of social service system. There are some characteristics to small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu province, such as low starting point, quantity not sufficient, low technology level, weak competitive force and urgent demand for social services. Basing on public demand of small and medium-sized enterprises, we analyze construction situation of social service system and put forward some suggestions to improve and perfect this system. We hope this paper can promote development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu province.Through reviewing the research literature at home and abroad and carding public administration, public policy and system theory, then we research public demand of small and medium-sized enterprises and construction situation of social service system. Finally, we put forward some suggestions to improve and perfect this system.This paper divides into five parts, (i) Introduction, including research background, meaning, aim, content, method, technology line, research innovation and shortage, (ii) Related notion and theoretical basis, including general knowledge of small and medium-sized enterprises, domestic and overseas relevant research dynamic and theoretical basis, (iii) Research on public demand for social services of small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu province, including development outline of small and medium-sized enterprises, existing problems and medium-sized enterprises' public demand.(iv) Construction status on social service system of small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu province, including process, government support system and existing problems, (v) Countermeasures to improve and perfect the social service system of small and medium enterprises in Gansu province, including construction goal and thought, role positioning of related subjects and key tasks.
