As a newly emerging standard in the world, SA8000: Social Accountability 8000 International Standard has been widely accepted by more and more corporations and governments from different countries. Though SA8000 was initially launched by some developed countries under some special commercial purposes, SA8000 can force the corporation to undertake its social responsibility and enhance its international competitiveness. But many Chinese labor-intensive export companies still do not understand SA8000 and its requirements and the impact to these companies clearly. A corporation can achieve sustainable development by implementing SA8000 and this is also the main standpoint of this article. The structure of this article can be stated as follows.Chapter one introduces the background information, the significance of the research, and puts forward the way in which we analyze this article. And the same time, introduces the information of history, location, employee for the object of study __Huizhou Ultimos watch company limited (below called H Company).Chapter two introduces the background, main content and the character of SA8000. And introduces the comparison of SA8000 and others international standards. It also introduces the impact for all of Chinese corporations of SA8000.Chapter three introduces the details of H company implement SA8000. First, introduces H company how to implement SA8000; second, introduces the audit finding which the clients found when do the SA8000 audit for H company, and also introduces the actions which H company take. Last, introduces the problems for H company when implement SA8000.Chapter four, base on the Stakeholder Theory, analyzes the influence for all stakeholders when H company implement SA8000. By using comparative analysis, variance analysis and key-person interview, conclude the advantage and disadvantage when H company carries out SA8000, then have the conclusion is: H company suits to push SA8000.Chapter five, researches the solution from the corporations and the government for the problem which appears during the SA8000 implementation. Introduces the content of the new social accountability standard―ISO26000, and the comparison of SA8000 and ISO26000, also puts forward the new tasks and challenges for the corporations.
