In recent years, Wanda Tire Corporation relies on advanced technology and equipment, good management and sound financial management, has been in leading position over a long period of time. In this paper, according to the project management standard, analysis and evaluation will be carried on construction project, market and investment, in order to provide reference for firms'investment decisions.This paper mainly uses combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, static analysis and dynamic analysis. Based on the analysis of the whole project, this paper firstly analyzes the market supply and demand. Because of the rapid increase of the demand in the international and domestic market, semi-steel radial tire market will be prosperous in the long future. Secondly, the paper analyzes the technology level of the project. The project adopts foreign advanced production technology to improve the actual situation and the overall domestic advanced level. Finally it analyzed emphatically financial indicators, break-even analysis and the sensitivity analysis is adopted for the uncertainty and risk, and puts forward effective control measures.The results showed that the annual output of 15 million sets of semi-steel radial tire project will take back costs in scheduled time and generate substantial economic and social benefits. Therefore, it is positive and feasible project.
