The Research On Oilproducts Efficiency Supervision Problem Of Sinopec Gangdong Gangzhou Petroleum Branch

Oil loss is not only the important goal of quantity and quality management of oilproducts sales enterprise, but also is the topical, difficult and important issues, which is always the trouble to the sales business managers at all levels. This thesis firstly introduces the relevant basic theory of performance monitoring, analysis the current oil flow process and quantity management system learning from the advanced experience, and then point out the general way of monitoring the performance of oil loss. Combining with the practical experience of the management and control of the oilproducts loss performance during recent years in Sinopec GangDong GangZhou Petroleum Branch, comprehensively analyzed the reason of oil loss in every intermediate links in terms of the problem and the obstacles of performance monitoring. According the existing institutional mechanism and the working environment, we propose some advice to solve the problem through performance monitoring, which are plugging into the oil vulnerability, strengthening the storage control, seizing the marketing chain, enhancing the performance monitoring system construction, giving priority to innovation, combating theft and other acts of violation of discipline, and strengthening professional ethics education in terms of identifying the loss, controlling the blind spot and enhancing the supervision and management to further reduce oil loss and profit loss access to the benefits of economy, environment, and society.
