As an engine of enterprise growth , technological innovation plays a very important role in the enterprise growth. However, due to the technological innovation requirements very high capability of enterprises, capital, talent and resources, so resulting in technological innovation of enterprises in China is generally very low. In recent years,with the deepening of the ideas of strategic alliance, many enterprises through the establishment of technology innovation alliance to obtain technological innovation, and this new innovative way become very popularly.. However, technological innovation alliance because of uniqueness, complexity and innovative features leading to the risk of alliance is relatively high. Therefore, this paper select very representative of the current management about the technology innovation alliance risk early warning to conduct in-depth study to find risk warning on the Union the problems and the insufficiency, establishing scientific applicable and well-targeted technical innovation alliance risk early warning model, which can increase the risk of technological innovation alliance early warning capacity to enhance their technological innovation is important.Route in the study, First step, summary and analysis of previous theory , made a new definition about the concept of technological innovation alliance and technological innovation alliance risk warning ,analyzed and summarized alliance formation mechanism; Secondly step, through analysis of technological innovation in the alliance risk, make the risk of technological innovation alliance divided into two categories internal and external risks; Third step, the basis of the above study, previous research investigating the theory and practice combine to establish a more scientific, comprehensive, impartial technology innovation alliance risk warning indicator system; Forth step, under the technological innovation alliance risk early-warning index system, using BP neural network and efficacy coefficient method to establish risk early warning model, use of efficacy coefficient method to the acoustic historical data ,and then with historical data train the BP neural network early warning model, and using trained and inspection of model warnings make forecast instructions; Fifth step, using the above risk early warning model to research of A technology innovation alliance, alliance warning results showed that the method is able to forecast A technology innovation alliance risk.
