Since 2005,China has choosed a series of measures in the countryside such as lower import tariffs,elimination of import quotas for cars,car allowance and automotive product sales grow quickly.More experts predict that car ownership in China will surpass the U.S. in 30 years,reaching 240 million or more.Huge market demand determines the rapid development of the automotive market.It's obvious to be the leading role of related industries as result of large-scale automobile manufacturing industry and long chain.It also create a large number of employment opportunities for people.In addition,the improvement of transport facilities,the residents lifestyle changes,political stability further promote the rapid development of automobile industry.The current development of the automotive industry has been a car supply chain network from the traditional components independ ently by the manufacturer, manufacturing, vehicle assembly, sales of the entire process into the downstream node on the grounds of the core competitiveness of enterprises to focus their development efforts to a series of activities such as complete parts procurement,production manufacturing,sales,distribution.The automobile manufacturing industry is the world's most complex supply chain systems compared to other industries.It has more complex process,higher technology,more multiple partners supply chain involved,so there is greater risk of potential supply chain.In order to get a place on the world stage about China's automobile industry,the first study of China's automobile industry should be supply chain.Therefore,it is important to implement the Chinese automobile manufacturing supply chain risk early warning.First,the paper summarizes domestic and foreign risk management,supply chain risk warning on the basis of relevant theories to study the automobile manufacturing supply chain risk early warning mechanism and function analysis of the importance,provide a theoretical basis for risk analysis of incentives and practical background for the automotive manufacturing supply chain. Second,defining the content of the risk early warning mechanism of Chinese automobile industry, designing its organization structure, and building and evaluating the risk warning indicator system.Finally,study the run process of China's automotive industry supply chain risk early warning mechanism and analyze operating conditions of the risk early warning mechanism.
