The distance between the people and internet get more and more short, even the partial field and people rely on internet in fact. The global internet users are growing at top speed, especially, is geometric increase rate in China. The requirement of people is more and more from internet not only browse information, but also discussion and exchange message. Under this environment, the decisive change were come up from internet, that is, from the single mode which is the information from the website to the period of web2.0 which the user share the information from Internet.
