| This thesis using management knowledge and strategic management knowledge analyzes TCL multimedia and puts forward the development strategy of the improvement and the strategic measures. Firstly, the thesis investigates the microenvironment, the external environment and the competing environment through PEST Analysis and Five Forces Analysis, pointing out the current and future opportunities and threats that the corporation faces and will meet. Secondly, using the Core Competence Standard Model, the paper evaluates the operation capability, highlights the core-competitiveness in the TCL multimedia Limited, in order to identify the advantages and weaknesses.Finally, through SWOT Analysis and Strategy selection, we demonstrate the strategy mission in the new period and put forward the strategy of competition measures.Based on the analysis and study of TCL multimedia strategy, TCL group development strategy and the present situation of TCL multimedia, the paper advises that the company should make full use of the government supporting policy, intensify industrial integration of industry and the LCD industry development, improve the upstream industry chain and reduce the cost of product manufacturing using LCD resource integration to promote enterprise's core competitiveness. Meanwhile, speed up the LCD TV technology innovation and development, actively cooperate with advanced foreign enterprises in various ways of technology and business cooperation, implement various products export pattern, avoid ineffective factors and weakness and make the most of advantages to ensure company rapid growth of vertical integration strategy. The correct implementation of TCL multimedia growth strategies will be helpful for the sustainable development of the company and will be of great significance for the overall development strategy of TCL group. |
