In the IT industry technology is developing rapidly, and at the same time, it is a severely competitive industry. In such an emerging industry, strategic alliance between the enterprises is occurring in every minute. To study the cognitive mechanism of the strategic alliance demand , can help enterprises to find strategic alliance demand, and overcome one's own understanding inadequacy, to help enterprise to be impregnable in the competitive environment.This dissertation adopts empirical method based on value net dynamic mechanics analysis model of strategic alliance to study the strategic alliance demand cognitive mechanism. Empirical research part adopts content analysis to read the cases of IT industry carefully, based on the competitors dimension to classify IT industry chain, analyse the the telecommunication companies' alliance and non-alliance behaviors, to verify the model of strategy alliance demand cognitive mechanism. It is found that the current business performance is not relative to strategic alliance demand cognition, company with business in a strategic alliance having a higher proportion of the total business is easier to perceive the strategic alliance demand, company with business in a strategic alliance having greater relevance with other business more easily perceives the strategic alliance demand, corporate diversification planning does not have inevitable relationship with the strategic alliance demand cognition.This dissertation is innovative,dynamic mechanical analysis of the strategic alliance expends a field theory in strategic management research,preliminarily realize the quantitative analysis in dynamic mechanics analysis model of strategic alliance, may theoretically help IT enterprises to realize their own nonlinear evolution.
