The Study On The Theory Of Combination Of Information And Industrialization And Its Measurement System

Along with the development of China's market economy, China has stepped into middle and late industrialization. Report of the Seventeenth Party Congress pointed out that we should vigorously promote the integration of information technology and industrialization to promote industrial from large to strong. Information based industrialization is our historic mission entrusted by the times. To promote the integration of information technology and industrialization is a new path of industrialization with Chinese characteristics, which is also an important part of the scientific development concept.Based on the researches of information technology and industrialization in the past and the actual situation of our country, this article studies the theoretical system of integration and the level of integration. After analyzing recent research material, it points out the stage of integration of information and industrialization. It builds the theory system of integration of information and industrialization to illustrate the integration mechanism and evaluation system. It intensively researches evaluation system. From three aspects, fundamentals of information and industrialization, information technology applications, effect ions of the integration, it analyzes the level of the integration. And it also uses Grey Relation Analysis to analyze the correlation of the three aspects. Finally, using integration of Tianjin research project as an example to explain the integration of the index system of the application process, and specify the stage and problems of Tianjin integration of information and industrialization.
