| Along with the development of the management science, introduce the complexity science into the management science to solve the management problem turn into a trend of the development of the management science. Numerous factors of the complexity always make the performance management system of the organization have to face up to many affects. So how to distinguish, measure these complexity, and how to find an appropriate way to managing these complexity become an important problem to the human resources managers. Former studies haven't given embedded and available result. Based on the theories of complexity science and classical performance management, integrating the method of fuzzy mathematics, this thesis attempted to discuss the complexity of the performance management systems and its management. The textual main work and innovation points include:Firstly, based on complexity theory, it raised the concept of complexity of the performance management system, summarizes the source of its complexity, and analyzed the characteristics of the complexity of the performance management system.Secondly, it divided the complexity of the performance management system into two dimensions of the structure and operation, established the index system of structural and operational complexity of performance management system and built a two-dimensional model of performance management system complexity.Thirdly, it used membership function of fuzzy sets to determine the complexity level of performance management systems and measures of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess the level of complexity of performance management systems.Fourthly, it proposed the management mode of structural and operational complexity of performance management system.At last, it conducted an empirical research. It analyzed the complexity of Eco-City company's the performance management system, created and measured the index system of complexity and made rational recommendations. |
