All Corporations are facing big changes and challenge in the human resource market, because the market economy is developing in China. Base on above situations, and different type of enterprises are developing quickly, diverse managements are growing up, the leadership and the hiring tests become more and more important for keeping employees stability.The resources of this thesis are practice in true enterprise. Per researching and describing the theory of dropout and other relates, writer analyze attrition reasons at F company Tianjin site base on practice data, all analyze processes are used qualitative methods and quantitative methods. Through the researching, the writer find out leadership is one of the important reasons which affect attrition rate. At the same time, per researching the methods in hiring process, designing and use the competency test tools will be a effective method for reducing the attrition rate.The improving steps, this thesis keep the key points are on the methods which can practice in the daily working, and base on theories, the methods are related how to improve leadership and practice the competency tests in the hiring. This thesis'goal is set up a series of methods which can support the managers'practice, and not just a impractical plan.F Company Tianjin site is a typical mass manufacturing company, the conclusions of this thesis will be a good example for other similar companies. Some of methods and researching of this thesis will be corrected and improves because of tough time and shorten knowledge.
