With the rapid development of the communication technology, the competition in thetelecommunications industry is sharply increased. How to improve the competitiveness of modernenterprises is an important topic in the research of enterprise management. Especially for thecommunication industry, technology intensive and personnel intensive. Human resourcemanagement is the way to enhance enterprise comprehensive and save cost of development. On onehand, a "Non-literal" Psychological contract is as essential as a text of contract, on the other hand,the feeling of knowledge staff about the leadership style and the organizational atmosphere have agreat influence on the work enthusiasm and efficiency.This article construct the structure model of transformational leadership style, psychologicalcontract and job performance, in which transformational leadership style is independent variable,job performance is dependent variable, while psychological contract is the intermediary variable,from the perspective of social exchange theory. The research gave a lot of questionnaireinvestigation and take full use of the SPSS19.0and AMOS17.0. Through reliability, validityanalysis, variance analysis, regression analysis and structural equation model the article verify thecorrectness of the model. And also, this article gives suggestion on how to promote the knowledgestaff’s job performance form both the aspects of organizations and individuals.
