Among them, the quantity of export commodities is 6.177 million, which is 56.6% of the total amount of the 9 railroad ports in China and was 1.43 million tons more than the total of the else eight railroad ports. Therefore, the research of Xinjiang international logistics industry is important to help the development of Xinjiang economy.This paper starts from the theories knowledge of the international logistics, which include the meaning,creation,development process and its characteristics, lists the develop environments of Xinjiang international logistics in geography,policy,economy and infrastructure; And discuss the status and problems of Xinjiang international logistics; the connection of Xinjiang international logistics with economics and international trade in the year of 1985~2008 are calculated with a computational model, and some countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the international logistics are provided.
