The Research On The Impact Of Entrepreneurship On The Level Of Industrialization

It is a historical stage of economic society that industrialization, symbolized by the rapid development of industry and the leading industry of the national economic, promotes the change from agricultural society to industrial society and post-industrial society. Industrialization is a significant symbol of the economic development of a nation or region. Many development economists believe that industrialization is an inevitable way for economic development of a nation, especially the developing countries which want to shake off poverty and get rich and realize modernization. There are a lot of factors to promote the industrialization process. For example, the progress of science and technology, the competency of enterprise's leaders, besides capital, labour and other production factors. In fact, the level of industrialization of a nation or region largerly depends on the industrial enterprises and the level of industrial enterprise depends on the leader—entrepreneur. Moreover, the history of industrial powers proved that having a large number of high-quality entrepreneurs is important to promote industrial economy. Therefore, entrepreneurs are not only directly related to the prosperity of enterprises, but also the critical resources of creating social wealth and the driving force of industrialization.First of all, based on the industrial theory and the entrepreneurial theory, this article uses the theoretical and practical methods to present that the level of industrialization is closely related to entrepreneurial competency and point out that entrepreneurial competency is a critical factor to promote the process of industrialization in our nation at present. Secondly, there are three types of indexes to measure the level of industrialization. They are per capita GDP, proportion of three industries'production value and employment and proportion of light and heavy industry. Though analyzing these indexes, this article pointes out that the industrial level of China still remains in the middle stage and it eagerly needs entrepreneurs to complete the objective of industrialization. Thirdly, according to reports on the Chinese entrepreneurs investigation system, the article draws a conclusion that it's seriously short of entrepreneurs in our nation. We should take some corresponding suggestions on their own mechanisms and the environment to upgrade entrepreneurial community and accelerate the industrialization process.
