Research On The Comprehensive Test And Evaluation Of Entrepreneurial Competency

With the deepening and development of entrepreneurial economy, the acquisition identification training and evaluation of the entrepreneurial talents seem increasingly important. The study of entrepreneurial subject by means of competency has become the focus concerned by the academicians and practitioners. Identifying and evaluating the entrepreneurial competency of the entrepreneurs is an urgent problem to be solved without delay in the background of entrepreneurial economy.In view of status quo of the low entrepreneurial survival rate and entrepreneurial performance, the lack of theoretical guiding with competency in business startup, the neglect of correlation between the entrepreneurial environment and process in the study of entrepreneurs' mental characteristics, the unclearness and disunity of the definition in the entrepreneurial competency study and the need to improve the objectivity and convenience of the competency quantitative evaluating method, the study on the comprehensive test and evaluation of entrepreneurial competency is developed. The main contents are as follows:the theories including the entrepreneurial theory competency theory performance theory personnel evaluation theory behaviour psychology theory and EEG measurement theory, etc are illustrated, and new theoretical views of entrepreneurship entrepreneur entrepreneurial competency and entrepreneurial performance entrepreneurial diathesis evaluation are combed up and formed; the three-dimensional content of entrepreneurial potential competency entrepreneurial knowledge competency and entrepreneurial skill competency is defined, the three-dimensional iceberg model of entrepreneurial competency is built, the formation of three-dimensional force of entrepreneurial competency is described by means of mechanical vector in three-dimensional space, the relations between the entrepreneurial competency and the entrepreneurial environment the entrepreneurial task are described with the plane of three-dimensional force, the ranks of entrepreneurial performance are described with the changes in volume of three-dimensional space, and the entrepreneurial competency mechanism of achieving high-performance entrepreneurship is revealed; three-dimensional assessment factors of potential competency knowledge competency and skill competency of the entrepreneurial competency are identified by questionnaire method and statistical investigation, the evaluation signs and scales are established, the three-dimensional assessment factors of the successful entrepreneur's entrepreneurial competency are quantified with comprehensive utilization of quality knowledge and skill measurement, the assessment factors are classified and optimized by principal component analysis so that the comprehensive measurement index system of entrepreneurial competency is built, and the weights of each assessment factor and measurement index are identified through analytical hierarchy process so that comprehensive measurement model of entrepreneurial competency is built; the EEG norms and superior characteristics fraction norms are built through the acquisition contrast analysis and generalization of the EEG of successful entrepreneurs, according to the relation between the features of different brain function and the psychological behaviours of the entrepreneurs, the EEG superior characteristics measurement model of entrepreneurial potential competency is built, the suitable number of times of measurement and the weight of the superior characteristics measurement in each brain region are obtained through MGT, and the entrepreneurial competency comprehensive measurement system based on EEG is built by comprehensive utilization of EEG measurement knowledge and skill measurement.The results of empirical analysis are as follows:the comprehensive evaluating results of entrepreneurial competency are closely related with entrepreneurial performance, the validity and reliability of comprehensive test and evaluation are verified, the signs and scales of comprehensive index measuring entrepreneurial competency of achieving high-performance entrepreneurship are identified, and the quantization standard of entrepreneurial competency of successful entrepreneurs is built; the contrast analysis between the superior characteristics measurement and traditional quantifying measurement of entrepreneurial potential competency is conducted, so that its reliability and validity of the results are identified; with the combination between the comprehensive test and evaluation of entrepreneurial competency and the entrepreneurial guidance management system, comprehensive measurement application system of entrepreneurial competency is constructed, and the objective evidence is provided for entrepreneurs-to-be to identify and judge properly whether they have sufficient entrepreneurial competency through the measurement applied in the trainee preparing for entrepreneurship.The innovations and values of the research are as follows:according to the classical competency iceberg model, there-dimensional iceberg model of entrepreneurial competency is constructed, and the entrepreneurial competency theory is enriched and perfected; the entrepreneurial competency mechanism of realizing high-performance entrepreneurship is revealed by adopting mechanical vector in three-dimensional space:under the establishment of suitable entrepreneurial task and target and the reasonable utilization of entrepreneurial environment, three relatively independent but interrelated competences interact to realize high entrepreneurial performance; comprehensive measurement method of entrepreneurial competency is built, and the analysis shows the comprehensive measurement results and the entrepreneurial performance have crucial relevance, its validity of comprehensive test and evaluation is verified, and the entrepreneurial competency measurement theory is perfected; entrepreneurial potential competency EEG measurement model is constructed by adopting the technique of EEG measurement, and the analysis indicates that entrepreneurial potential competency EEG measurement has same reliability with the traditional quantization measurement, overcomes the defects in the objectivity and convenience of the traditional quantization measurement and provides effective new approaches for the management and development of human resource.
