| In recent years, a large number of construction projects are undertaken with the rapid economic development in our country. In this setting, survey and design enterprises obtain unprecedented development both in numbers and scope. With the increasing number of construction projects, works for the designing institutes to undertake mount. Design enterprises face with the problem of multi-project management. Project management has achieved greatly and is widely used among survey and design enterprises after years of development. At the same time, problems in multi-project management still exist. To solve the problems, this paper starts with the basic theory of multi-project management and features, initially establishing multi-project management model.The following primary work was done in this paper. Firstly summarizes the features of project and project management and that of survey and design project and multi-project management in survey and design enterprises. According to the features of enterprises and projects, the second part gives ways to multi-project selection using fuzzy evaluation method to determine the priority of multiple projects. The following part analyzes the problems in the current general used organizational structure of survey and design enterprises, provides corresponding solutions and establishes organizational structure of survey and design enterprises. Human resources as the core resources of the design enterprises, in the last part, the paper analyzes the current problems in human resource among survey and design enterprises and proposes specific management advices to these questions. |
