With the deepening of the market economy, the Chinese private enterprise has made great strides in development. As a major type of enterprise in our country, private enterprise gradually becomes to the backbone of the market economy and plays an important role to enhance national economy. Private enterprise has been hiding serious human resource crisis while making significant development achievements. In the background of knowledge economy, human resource has become to the key strength for the development of enterprise. Today, who taking the point owns excellent, loyal employees. Compared with large State-owned enterprises, most private enterprises have disadvantage in scale and financial strength. So, they do not have advantage in human attract. These gaps led to many Chinese private enterprises facing with high employee turnover and low employee loyalty. Due to the different types of employees having different requirements, the measures of cultivating employee loyalty are different. In this paper the subject mainly refers to the general staff. Employees of the enterprise is the mainly behavior corpus, and loyal staffs are the key strength to help enterprise gain competitive advantage. Facing such situation, it is special necessary to improve the loyalty of employee in private enterprises.The paper analyzed and discussed some important problems to improve employee loyalty of private enterprise. Firstly, this paper made clear that the high loyalty for enterprise employees can make many value and fortune, and based on Two factor theory and Equity theory to conform enterprise staff's demands, and put forward what the manager should do in some aspects and should by what means to achieve purpose of encouraging staffs. Secondly, through a large number of literature and analyzed the status of private enterprise employee loyalty, find the main reasons for low loyalty. The main reasons refer to two aspects, which contains enterprise external environment and enterprise internal environment, and also slightly refers to staff personal character issues. Finally, according to Two factors theory, Equity theory, "satisfied cow" and the characteristics of China's private enterprise and employee, some methods and suggestions were found to enhance the employees loyalty. It is mainly from environmental aspect, institutional aspects and individual level of employees, and also mainly puts forward the view"salary negotiation system"and "loyalty mind". I hope that it can bring to enterprise and employee some help.
