A Study On The Countermeasures Of China's Low-Carbon Economic Development

In an environment of facing the threat of global warming, fossil energy scarcity and carbon emission reduction's pressure, the development of low-carbon economy and achieve coordination of environment and economy development has become the consensus of the international community today. China is the world's largest developing country that the greenhouse gas emissions over the United States ranks first in the world, and under enormous international pressure, therefore, the development of low-carbon economy is not only a response to global warming, bear the responsibility of great powers but also embodiment is the bottleneck to solve our own energy crisis, reduce environmental pollution and promoting development in the transformation to achieve sustainable development of the internal requirements.The nature of low-carbon economy is to find an environment of economic growth and resource coordination of development. In this paper, the development of low-carbon economy as the research object, analyzes the background of low-carbon economy and low carbon economy in the development of international and domestic situation, combined with the successful experiences of low-carbon economy in developed countries and find a solution which is suitable for China's national conditions. Therefore, find an effective way to reduce the growth in China's dependence on fossil fuels, the conversion means to achieve economic development to provide some valuable information.In this paper, the combination of normative analysis and positive analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to collect, survey and statistics, based on the application of comparative analysis, factor analysis, the relevant issues. Article is divided into five parts, the first chapter on the background, meaning and articles ideas, methods and innovations are introduced; the second chapter is from the economic point of view on the development of low-carbon economy theory; the third chapter by charts and data on international developments in low-carbon economy to generalize, and which is worth then four points will be summarized for us to draw on; fourth chapter is the development of the current status of low-carbon economy and analysis the challenge we are facing; five in the previous four chapters based on the analysis, from the macro and micro levels of development of low-carbon economy countermeasures. Specifically: in government energy strategy, industrial policy and related laws and regulations, guidance and constraints, by supporting low-carbon technologies, carbon trading market regulation, corporate and public participation, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm in the main body, and vigorously promote the China low-carbon economy.
