This paper studied future aviation oil market completely open to the capital airport aviation fuel company import and port and effects of fuel business, and put forward the countermeasures. Firstly the capital airport aviation fuel import and export situation is studied, then analyses the aviation oil market after the full liberalization of capital airport aviation oil enterprises and brought to the capital airport aviation customers influence, and finally put forward strategy of aviation oil enterprises to cope with the market open. In the study mainly uses the SWOT analysis method analysis of aviation oil market fully liberalized after the internal and external environment, clear business advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; at the same time, by using five forces model analysis in the market fully liberalized, aviation oil enterprises have to face the market competition degree and scale. Through the analysis, the author believes that the aviation oil market after the opening of the existing aviation oil enterprises although with certain resource advantages, but also facing the huge risk and the challenge, of resources, to the customer to control ability will be decreased greatly, the enterprise must to take measures to deal with, the main measures to have two: one is to expand upstream and downstream industry chain; the second is to build the core competitiveness of enterprises. At the end of this paper, the author thinks that aviation oil market fully liberalized is imperative, aviation oil enterprises while facing enormous threats and challenges, but also for a comprehensive reform of the enterprise provides an opportunity for the growth of enterprise, the modern enterprise impetus.
