This paper studied future aviation oil market completely open to the capital airport aviation fuel company import and port and effects of fuel business, and put forward the countermeasures. At the end of this paper, the author thinks that aviation oil market fully liberalized is imperative, aviation oil enterprises while facing enormous threats and challenges, but also for a comprehensive reform of the enterprise provides an opportunity for the growth of enterprise, the modern enterprise impetus.
