With the economy globalization, competition between companies is very tough. People is the main part in enterprises, human resource plays an important role in the competition. How to attempt, cultivate and keep excellent worker so to have advantage in competition is a problem that enterprises face. High turnover intention bring many negative influences to company. It makes the cost high, on the other hand it decreases inner cohesion and organization efficiency. Many enterprise managers and researchers have paid attention on turnover intention. Researchers both in china and abroad are studying deeper on the problem with the aggressive talent loss, they discover the reason of turnover intention from different angle. This paper studies job satisfaction, humane environment that includes leader-member exchange and team-member exchange, economic environment and turnover intention based on past study.After reading many references, we get the clear concept, measurement questionnaire and their relationship of job satisfaction, humane environment, economic environment and turnover intention. Then shaping a theoretical framework and six research hypothesis. Getting 202 questionnaires through survey, make practical analysis on the theoretical framework and six research hypotheses. Using SPSS 16.0 to analyze and process the data, discussing the current situation and relation of job satisfaction, humane environment that includes leader-member exchange and team-member exchange, economic environment and turnover intention.The practical research proved the six research hypotheses, H1: job satisfaction is negatively related with turnover intention; H2: humane environment that includes leader-member exchange and team-member exchange is positively related with job satisfaction; H3: economic environment is positively related with job satisfaction; H4: humane environment that includes leader-member exchange and team-member exchange is negatively related with turnover intention; H5: economic environment is negatively related with turnover intention; H6: humane environment that includes leader-member exchange and team-member exchange plays a moderate role in the relationship of job satisfaction and turnover intention. H7: economic environment plays a moderate role in the relationship of job satisfaction and turnover intention.At last, giving some conclusions and management suggestion, pointing out limitations and future research direction in this paper. Enterprises should pay attention to job satisfaction and also have to strengthen humane environment and economic environment. It gives valuable suggestion and resolution to increase job satisfaction and decrease turnover intention.
