With the growth of the new generation of employees,they play an increasingly important role in the enterprise.The new generation of employees with innovative spirit can inject new vitality into the enterprise development and lead the development through innovation.Therefore,the new generation of employees has become one of the core elements of enterprise competition.However,nowadays enterprises not only need to pay attention to the introduction and training of the new generation of employees,but also to the high dimission rate of them.The overall employee turnover rate in 2019 is 18.9 percent,which means on average one in five to six employees will leave,according to the 2019 dimission and salary adjustment report released by 51 job.com.A high dimission rate will have an impact on the normal operation of the enterprise.If the problem cannot be effectively solved,the enterprise will face problems such as the brain drain,the increase in recruitment costs,and the decline in economic benefits.Therefore,how to improve the new generation of employees' willingness to work and reduce their turnover intention has become an urgent problem for the enterprise,which brings new challenges for the enterprise management.Workplace friendship refers to a kind of spontaneous,informal and intimate interpersonal relationship between employees which is different from that of ordinary colleagues.Relevant studies abroad have proved that workplace friendship can affect the attitude and behavior of new generation employees,and then affect their resignation intention.However,the research on the relationship between workplace friendship and resignation intention of new employees in China is relatively rare.Therefore,this article summarized the domestic and foreign research achievements about workplace friendships employee turnover intention in Cenozoic,on the basis of introduction of organizational commitment as intermediary variables,interpersonal harmony work values as regulating variable,put forward the workplace friendships,turnover intention,organizational commitment,interpersonal harmony work values among the variables such as the research hypothesis and research model.By means of questionnaire survey,358 employees in different regions and enterprises were investigated.Data analysis was carried out by using SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0software to verify the research hypothesis and research model,and on this basis,management Suggestions and research prospects were proposed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Workplace friendship has a significant negative impact on the dimission intention of the new generation of employees;(2)Organizational commitment plays an intermediary role between workplace friendship and dimission intention of the new generation of employees;(3)Interpersonal harmony,work values,workplace friendship and dimission intention of the new generation of employees play a regulating role.When interpersonal harmony,work values are at a high level,workplace friendship has a stronger negative impact on dimission intention.(4)There are significant differences between job levels in the workplace friendship of the new generation of employees.Age and monthly income level have significant differences in organizational commitment of the new generation of employees.Gender,marriage,educational background,working years and enterprise nature had no significant effect on the difference of variables.
