Enterprise Crisis Managementand crisis early-warning of enterprises are new fields of current management researches existing researches place too much attention to the response and handling after crisis ,therefore rare researches involved more important fields such as enterprise crises forming mechanism internal induces of crises, crisis early-warning of enterprises and so on Many managers of the enterprises consider that crisis management is merely response and handling after crisis while lacking consciousness for crisis early-warning, which results in that most of enterprises haven't complete crisis early warning system, even necessary early-warning measure. Thus, it is of significant value to study crisis early-warning of enterprises.In recent years,steel companies began to pay attention to the brand construction,,most of the steel brands is in its infancy, most of corporate brand development time is very short, they are more experienced and more successful in brand success, or brand of the crash, and handling product crisis has little experience . for steel enterprises , how to establish a set of effective product early warning mechanism is the key in this paper.This paper, based on management, economics, marketing, 6 basic principles of management, the use of literature surveys, expert surveys, field surveys inductive reasoning, statistical analysis, the theory of crisis early warning on the product were studied. First, the crisis of the enterprise product, defining the concept analysis, and product from the product itself and external environment in which to start, in-depth analysis of the product causes of the crisis and preventive measures; Second, learn from the crisis early warning based on the theory, the use of 6 management, customer satisfaction is proposed based on the product crisis early warning mechanism for crisis, warning a new perspective theory; and combining the actual situation of Taiyuan Iron and Steel to build a set of "company, plant, process control, operater control " four levels of evaluation index system of early warning.
