With the quickly development of economic, the demand of people has become more and more personal. Especially in the new century, because of the increasing competition between enterprises, the enterprise which can meet the personal requirement can get the advantage in the competition.In this situation, the product lack of personalized can not meet market demand. Mass customization combines the mass production and customization; it can provide the personalized product with the cost of mass production and get the advantage in the competition. In this kind of enterprise, as capacity is perishable, how to do the allocation of the capacity has become the key factor that can help the enterprise gain the advantage in the competition. Revenue management is an advanced management methods which can help to do the allocation about the perishable resources. Internationally, Revenue Management has been widely used in aviation, hotels, transportation and other industries, and achieved very good results. Through the introduction of revenue management to the capacity allocation, the companies can have more reasonable method to do the distribution of capacity and get more revenue.In this paper, I summarize the characteristics of mass customization and yield management. And do analysis about the applicability conditions of revenue management and point out that it is feasible to apply the revenue into mass customization. Then I propose the capacity allocation strategy in multi-product system of single-stage decision, and have considered the situation of long-term customer and short-term customer. Meanwhile, I do the research about the capacity allocation strategy in multi-product system of multi-stage decision.
