A Research On Coordination Of Supply Chain Contract In Stochastic Demand

Supply chain is a cooperative system composed by different interest subjects, each subject makes decision based on maximized object which lead to entire supply chain performance can not achieve optimum. This thesis made deep research in supply chain contract under random demand, set up frequently-used supply chain contract model based on its practical operation and optimized the model on purpose of supply chain integral profits maximization .On the basis of supply chain coordination and contract, coordination of relevance between demand and retail price or need and the level of marketing efforts was analyzed, through newsboy model, the thesis proved that under the aforementioned situations, traditional single contract (including buy back policy, sales rebate, penalty contract and profit-sharing contract) can hardly fulfill supply chain coordination, by comparing traditional single contract, it was found that return policy, profit-sharing contract, feedback and punish contract have stimulate effect on retailers which in turn provide ideas for more complex supply chain coordination.Through analyzing the aforementioned two single factors, further consideration was given to simultaneously effect on supply chain coordination by price and the level of marketing efforts. Optimal order quantity, price and efforts level were proposed under centralized decision. Traditional single contract can not fulfill supply chain coordination under decentralized decision, supply chain coordination based on buy back policy with sales rebate and penalty contract were proposed, the mode is tested by numerical experiment.Expanded traditional two-stage supply chain into more complex third-stage one, the Stackelberg game theory and newsboy model were adopted to discuss perishable products supply chain contract design, supply chain combined contract mathematical model was proposed, its equilibrium condition was analyzed, the optimal supply chain contract parameter was determined and its combined contract model was tested by numerical experiment, its profit distribution among supply chain members was analyzed.
