Nowadays, with economic development, there has a prompt rise of our country resident personal property level, resident family property from scratch, from less to multi, the resident personal property become more and more important in peopel's economic life. Meanwhile, with the rapid development China's Financial Market , peopel's investment inclination and conception of personal financeIs is also gradually increased, and demand for financial services is also increasingly diverse and complex. Today, in the low-profit period, china's commercial banks need to build its core competitiveness, and personal financial services to become a new hot spot for the development situation. Commercial banks have put forward a customer-centric entrepreneurial idea, they hammer at improving the introduction of high-quality financial products and services. Continue to understand what is the customers expected value of financial products and services, then according to the understanding of expected value for customers to provide them with suitable products and services. However, in reality, there is a gap between the banks understand of the customer expected value and customer's own expectations for service.In this paper, the adoption of theoretical research and empirical analysis methods to combine a variety of research methods ,through the research of several large and medium-sized urban, in view of the status quo of people personal financing business requirement, combination of questionnaire data analysis, survey characteristic of the citizens in the consumer and financial business requirement; the experience in personal finance banking business; participation and evaluation, as well as the many kinds of demands of banks personal financial services, sum up the current period of China's Economic Transition, there are many problems in the commercial banks which in financial planning products and services development, and most of them do not bring-forward the corresponding strategy to work out these problems: such as service homogenization , poor planning of the products innovation, seriously lagged Of customer relationship management system construction, the resident's requests no longer suffice of these emerging products and services ,and most of banks not implement financial business conception in customer– centered . by the method of contrastive analysis, propose different aspect appropriate financing strategy, which in different banks financial services products supply and city family financial business, from the development of financial product innovation, Service system, business management and so on.According to the results of this survey, china's commercial banks should be improve the financial service system ,on basis of the strengthen product innovation, to suffice the financial needs of the residents, through the establishment of multi-level system financial service organizations to suffice the requirement of residents at different levels. at the same time, commercial banks should strengthen the customer relationship management, increased investment in marketing resources,attempt at improve financial products and marketing mechanisms services, and the sound management of financial markets, to commercial banks, this is the only way to rapidly enhance personal financial products and services , fundamentally closer the relationship between customers and banks.
