Study On Improving And Adding Value In The Labor-intensive Industrial Chain Based On Developing Of New Products

How to set up an appropriate and accurate development schedule & strategic plan with the current unpredictable economical environment and high speed development of science technology is a very important question which concerns enterprise survival and development. This article is doing a detail analysis based on labor-intensive manufacturer character, Michael Porter's Supply Chain & Value Chain concept & Porter's Five Forces Analysis, with combining new product development function, internet information development and company T's history, current running situation & competitive environment, to provide some improvement suggestions and methods how to improve and perfect Production Development internal issues and interactions with the other department during the company value chain management.Firstly, this article is stating the character & current situation of Labor Intensive enterprise, Supply Chain management & Michael Porter's Value Chain concept and Porter's Five Forces Model analysis, meantime is also describing the process of new product development and the relevant information software and technology development situation; Secondly, in terms of the history of company T, operation situation and potential risks, this article is introducing the main organization chart & the current situation of Product Development (PD) department with specifically emphasizing internal problems of company T & PD which also includes interactions among different departments; Thirdly, on the basis of value chain theory and concept, the article is advising how to improvement internal communication in PD department and the cooperation with the other departments.
