Research On Bid Evaluation Method And Its Implementation In Logistics Equipment Tendering

Bid evaluation in logistics equipment tendering is a complex process. Finding out a scientific and practical evaluation method is the key to pick out the proper bidding equipment. It studies the characters and employment of Delphi technique and AHP in the view of weighing of tendering factors. Through case studies, by employing comprehensive marking method and AHP, this thesis finds out the demerits of comprehensive marking method in deciding the weight of tendering index. It also proves that AHP has its merits in this field as AHP can objectively illustrates the individual requirement in different logistics equipment as well as effectively avoids personal views of the judges to guarantee a scientific, fair and quality bid evaluation process. The employment of AHP in equipment tending will not only lead to a quality decision making process but also benefit the healthy development of bidding competition.
