This system works well because it can control the cost successfully and reach the final target. Aiming for the control after the event, we have Earned Value Theory to control the project programmer regularly. To grasp the project situation timely can help to find the problems of over cost and correct the mistakes.The cost control of project programmer is one kind of system project. In order to seek a permanent solution, first we need to have a stable management system. The cost control should be highly popular. Connecting with the cost control we should build a rational system and to make a rational cost target. To support the cost control is a course control in the whole project.
