Enterprise performance evaluation is the important way and mean of modern enterprise management, it is the common concern issues of the theory and practical by the business all over the world.In the 21st century, enterprise's internal and external environment is difficult to predict by the unpredictable changes, and markets are more competitive,enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.In the context of these times,it is essential to establish a scientific and rational enterprise performance evaluation system, It will not only help enterprises to accurately evaluate the enterprise's resources, skills and capabilities, analysis the effect factors of business management and development planning, but also can help enterprises understand and grasp the internal and external business environment, correctly guide the business activities of enterprises,improve enterprise management level, comprehensively improve the enterprise's core competitiveness and long-term competitive advantage.This paper bases on the research of strategic management theory,enterprise value,stakeholder theory,principal-agent theory,contingency theory,corporate social responsibility theory etc.to construct enterprise performance evaluation system support theoretical models. Through the use of qualitative and quantitative and comparative analysis,based on the comparative study of the enterprise performance evaluation models, constructs the basing on six-dimensional framework's Enterprise Performance Evaluation System which formed by Financial Performance,Customer Performance,Internal processes,Innovation ability,Ecological Performance,Social Performance six dimensions,makes the comprehensive evaluation from both financial and non-financial perspectives. At the same time,the evaluation system index weight is determined by aggregate method with multiplication characteristics,the aggregate method concentrates the subjective weight by Order Relations Method and objective weight by Entropy Value Method and determines the combined weight. Finally,this paper through comparative analysis the enterprise performance evaluation method of Principal Component Analysis,Factor Analysis,Data envelopment analysis,Back Propagation and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, establishs the method of enterprise performance evaluation based on Gray System Theory to make Comprehensive Evaluation of the Enterprise Performance.
