Research On The Risk Management Of Container Yard Logistics Enterprises

As a port logistics company, container yard logistics enterprise is an importantpart of container logistics, which provides container loading and unloading,stockpiling and other services. China's container transport volume has maintained amomentum of fast growth, and economic prosperity will lead to its furtherdevelopment, which provides development opportunities for container yard logisticscompanies, but also allows companies in an increasing competition. Market,economic, and social environment changes make the companies face greater risks.The development of container transportation, the requirement of supply chain securitymanagement and port safety, the state's emphasis on enterprise risk management, allrequire container yard logistics enterprises to attach importance to risk management.So this paper will do a systematic study on the risk management of container yardlogistics enterprises based on researches in the port security management and logisticsrisk management.This paper begins with the introduction of the basic context of container yardlogistics enterprises, discusses the development trend and strategies by SWOTanalysis and proposes container yard logistics enterprise risk management processes;Then, establishes risk identification procedures combined the actual situation ofcontainer yard logistics enterprises with general risk identification theory, identifiesthe external and internal risks existing in container yard logistics enterprises, analyzesthe rootstock of each different risk factors; researches in the risk assessment on thecontainer yard logistics enterprises ,establishes a risk evaluation index system and arisk assessment model of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive assessment, and conductssimulated analysis on the model and gets the enterprise's overall risk profile and risklevel ranking; finally, studies risk control strategies on different ranks and differentrisk control methods, puts forward risk control steps and specific control measurementon different risk factors, and focuses on the control method of production security.This paper will provide references of theory and methods for risk management ofcontainer yard logistics enterprises.
