Project Management Of HNA Mobile Information Construction

With the wide use of 3G in business and commerce, it has inspired many enterprises that mobile e-commerce and mobile information will become a hotspot of the market. In recent years, many companies have been eager to bring mobile information into their strategic development plan. With the more increasing popularity and wider use of 3G technology, mobile information will become the new direction, new tendency and new mainstream for companies'information construction in the future. However, mobile information construction is a relatively unfamiliar field for companies. Thus, how to design and control mobile information project in good condition requires companies to apply to the software project management knowledge. Only by using software project management knowledge of People, Product, Process and Project for analysis and management to make the entire software life cycle of mobile information project (from the analysis, design and coding to testing and maintenance--the whole process) all under the control of the manager, it would be able to complete the software and consign to the users at the predetermined cost in conformity with the specific quality and time. The main content of this thesis contains how to use the software project management knowledge to form a set of project management system of mobile information.By using modern project management theory and project management method, this thesis attempts to analyze mobile information project of HNA group by the means of raising question, analyzing question and finally solving question, with the combination of project quality control standards and mobile information solutions. In this thesis, modern project management theory and project quality control standards are first interpreted to analyze the basic knowledge needed in constructing HNA Group's project management system of mobile information. By analyzing the characteristics of the project, content system and methodological tools, management objective system of large-scale mobile information project is raised. Then, it states how to construct HNA's project management system of mobile information under the framework of HNA's information and summarizes the unique structure of HNA's PMP-CMMI, which provides referenced process and management methods of software project management for realization of enterprise's mobile information.Finally, by associating with the actual need of mobile information by HNA group, utilizing the case of mobile information construction of HNA Group- handheld HNA platform construction project, and coordinating with the project management system of mobile information of HNA Group, the steps of construction of mobile information project are analyzed and illustrated, and the management ideas of construction of mobile information project of HNA Group is clearly revealed.In this thesis, project management of mobile information of HNA Group is studied, and the experiences or lessons about success or failure of existing cases is summarized. It is hoped that general principles and methods can be provided for other project construction in the future in order to promote and continuously improve the construction of mobile information project of HNA Group.
