Reasarch On High-Tech Enterprise Status Measuring Of Organigational Innovation And Techology Innovation And Their Adaption

As human society enters the era of knowledge economy, the rapid development of information technology has increasingly promoted the speed of knowledge dissemination. Technological innovation becomes an important driver of the progressive development of human society. High-tech manufacturing industry is a pillar industry of China, which is on behalf of advanced technological level of industrial innovation; it has an important influence on the industrial capacity and speed of China's economic. Organizational Innovation and technology innovation are both important components of high-tech enterprises innovation, but in high-tech companies, the incompatible phenomenan of organizational innovation and technology innovation which affects the efficiency and effectiveness of innovation. That how to adjust organizational innovation and technological innovation status to achieve the best adaption has great significance on improving resource utilization, maintaining and enhancing the core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises, and enhancing China's economic growth rate and quality.This paper mainly studies on measuring the status of organizational innovation, technology innovation and their adaption of high-tech enterprise. Firstly, by analyzing the status of technological innovation in the high-tech enterprises of China and academic research, the importance of matching status is analyzed, also, the theories of high-tech enterprise innovation, organizational innovation, technological innovation and their adaption are summarized both home and aboard. Secondly, it is researched on high-tech enterprises'organizational innovation status measuring. The organizational innovation index system is constructed from the four dimensions: organizational strategy innovation, organizational structure innovation, organizational processes innovation and organizational regulation innovation. Through the survey method, the organizational innovation status measuring index system has been tested on the basis of the confirmatory factor analysis, using the correlation relationship, the weight of each index and dimension is identified, then each dimension and organizational innovation status are measured. Thirdly,it is researched on high-tech enterprises'technology innovation status measuring. The technology innovation index system is constructed from the two dimensions: product innovation and process innovation. Through the survey method, the status of the technology innovation measuring index system has been tested on the basis of the confirmatory factor analysis, using the correlation relationship, the weight of each index and dimension is identified, then each dimension and technology innovation status are measured. Finally, it is researched on measuring the the adaption status of organizational innovation and technology innovation in high-tech enterprises. By analyzing the relationship between organizational innovation and technology innovation, on the basis of organizational innovation and technology innovation status of high-tech enterprise measuring respectively, the adaption model is built by using utility theory , under resource constraints, the best adaption status of organizational innovation and technology innovation and their ideal status are measured, the case of specific situation on aerospace hi-tech holding group co.,ltd (AHTHG) is studied .Through the research above, this paper mainly studies on measuring the status of organizational innovation, technology innovation and their adaption of high-tech enterprises. It has a certain significance to improve the innovation efficiency and promote the development of high-tech enterprises.
