Analysis Of The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Enterprise Technology Innovation In Binzhou High-tech Zone

In the increasingly fierce market competition,technological innovation has become the key competitiveness of enterprises.If a enterprise wants to be the winner,he has to keep innovating continuously with market.The building of national high-tech zones is an important decision of our Party Central Committee and the state department for the development of new and high technology,upgrading of industrial structure and improving the international competitiveness.Till the end of 2015,we have 146 national high-tech zones,they have played an important role as the guide of new and high technology,and the pusher of the strategy of innovation drive.Binzhou high-tech zone was established in 2009 in XiaoYing subdistrict office,to invite investment and develop new and high technology.But the number of enterprises is less,the scale of enterprises is small,and the technological innovation ability is low.This paper tries to analyze this problem,to raise some corresponding and operable suggestions,based in learning successful experience of advanced high-tech zones.This paper including five parts,Firstly,expound the background,the significance,the content and the method.Then,review the foreign and domestic research on innovation theory and the influencing factors of enterprise technology innovation.Then,to overview the current situation of Binzhou high-tech zone and the capacity of enterprise to innovate.To discuss the enterprise R&D expenditure,enterprise technology centers,the employees’ quality,patents.Then,analyze the enterprise technology innovation from external environment and internal environment.The external environment factors:the weak advantage of location,the incomplete technology innovation service system,the limited support from government,and the shortage of high-level personnel.The internal factors:the entrepreneurs’ limited innovation ability,the fuzzy technology innovation strategy,the lack of innovation talents,the lack of R&D spending,the ineffective technical cooperation.Finally to raise some suggestions pointing the two aspects.The external aspect,to give full role of government in the enterprise technological innovation,to perfect the financial service system,to improve the social service system.The internal factors:to establish a science technology innovation strategy,to build a perfect talent incentive system,and to build a enterprise culture for innovation.Finally,this paper points out that the stage is difficult to avoid,that the enterprises’technology innovation ability is weak,the government have to get a clear understanding of the situation,set out scientific policy,to accelerate the economic.
