Research On Establishment Of Construction Standaerd System In China

Recent years our country uses the construction standard to specify the technical requirement and the quality requirement. The construction standard brings the mature, advanced, and reliable construction technology into the construction activities. The construction standard system becomes more and more complex due to the increase of the standardization objects. Because lack the establishment method of the construction standard system, causes the system internal structure to be unreasonable, loses the organization to plan each standard function, and causes the predictability of system still being in a low level. At the same time the management system of construction standard system in China is occupying transition period. How to establish a standard system which is suitable for the law of our country market economy development becomes an important topic.This paper regarded the establishment of construction standard system as the core question. Discussed the theory method of the establishment firstly. Introduced the general principles, public goods theory, system engineering theory and the process management theory separately. And then, analyzed the advanced experience of developed country in standard system pattern. Combined with the main tendency of system development in our country, discussed the supplement model of construction standard system and the influence of the system to the standard. And analyzed the demand condition of standard system from two aspects which are the standard making and the construction's internationalization.The paper used the game theory to discuss the social utility raise by taking contractor and owner as the game parties. The Logistic curve model was used to describe the life cycle of the construction standard system, and best opportunity of standard updating was given. Designed a six-dimensional model of spatial structure which is suitable for the system establishment of our country. Described the establishment process from six dimensional and gave the organized method of system table by using the priority sequence of dimension. After established the system, discussed the implementation strategy of the construction standard system. From the process of establishment, operational mechanism and coordinated development model of technology advancement analyzed the future development direction of our country's construction standard system in the entire implementation stage.
