Design Of The System For Risk Evaluation And Control In Agricultural Virtual Enterprises

With the increasing tendency of the integration of the global economy nowadays, the innovation of the economic organization and the operational pattern of the agricultural organization are key factors to its development. Designing an dynamic alliance of the agricultural virtual enterprises based on the industrial chain, including of the farmer, processing enterprise, logistics enterprise, marketing enterprise, is an effective way to reduce the transactions cost , to make the best use of the information and resources, to integrate the member's core competence.However the building of the agricultural virtual enterprises will bring out some new risks while sharing the risks and benefits such as the moral risk formed by the dissymmetry of the member's information, the cooperation risk formed by the increasing of the amount it's members, the dispute of the unreasonable profit distribution. An appropriate system with the good control of the risk management should be build in order to ensure the success of this operational pattern.In view of this object, this paper provides the detail discussion about the theoretical principle and real conditions of the agricultural virtual enterprises by started with its connotation and put forward two type of operational form. The second part of this paper identifies all the risk of the agricultural virtual enterprises and makes a concrete analysis of its cause of formation. The third part uses the state-space method of system theory to search the mechanism of the agricultural virtual enterprises and link these factors effectively and introduces the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to evaluate the risk factors of the agricultural virtual enterprises. In the fourth part, a system with the function of the risk management and risk control is established. The organization structure, the related operating process and the suggestions for improvement of operating mechanism are included. At last, an evaluation on the working effect of risks management mechanism of the agricultural virtual enterprises is conducted on the basis of case study. The simulated results indicate that the risk management mechanism of agricultural virtual enterprises has more practicability and maneuverability and provide the benchmark for the agricultural virtual enterprises to make decisions.
