A Study On The Commercial Insurance Model Of The First Set Of Significant Technology Equipment

With the 30 years of reform and opening up, the equipment manufacturing industry in China won the unprecedented development, the overall strength is growing. Especially since the implementation of the "speed up the revitalization of the State Council on Several Opinions of the equipment manufacturing industry," Major technical equipment autonomization level increased significantly, Parts of the products'technical level and market share leapt to the top destinations in the world, become an important pillar industry in the national economy. However, our equipment manufacturing industry is still at an early stage, the overall industry was big but not strong, especially the independent innovation products'promotion and application, faced with very outstanding difficulties and problems.This paper mainly aims at Chinese independent R&D and technology innovation of major technical equipment production enterprise. According to its market problems after producing the first items or the first set, the operational risks'problems the project unit face in the course of using and the problem that the capacity of government funds is limited. Through the establishment of commercial insurance mechanism, our country's major, high-end gear manufacturing and financial insurance combined. We can use insurance to transfer risk, and use insurance's loss compensation function to provide insurance services effectively and comprehensively.This paper gives an innovative research regarding the first item (set) major technical equipment insurance. Beijing Zhongguancun Science Park is used as a research pilot, after doing a lot of basic research work, I develop "the first item (set) major technical equipment insurance" which can satisfy the demand of enterprise, and customize the service scheme and related policies and measures, and establish a complete first item (set) major technical equipment insurance model. This kind of insurance has played a very active role in resolving the concerns of users, transferring the risk of producers, promoting and encouraging the development of independent innovation, promoting and revitalizing the equipment manufacturing industry in China.
