Comprehensive Evaluation And Research Of Construction Of Sustainable Development

Construction industry plays an important role in China's national economy.All of the construction results are realized by construction. The whole national economic fields and personal family daily life is inseparable from it, construction's boom and decline affect social economy development and progress directly,that's to say all levels of society have construction industry figure show. However, the traditional construction development model not only consume large amounts of natural resources and energy, but also caused damage to the environment and different level influence. The sustainable development of the construction has the important significance and function to national and regional sustainable development,China is facing the transition to integration with the world stage,but lack of convergence with advanced countries in the specific operating procedures-and means, especially the requirements of sustainable development of industry specific response.Based on situation and development trend, the thesis analyzes the domestic and international construction industry in the case of sustainable development, based on the meaning of sustainable development conclude the connotation of construction industry sustainable development and put forward the evaluation of theoretical basis and carried out detailed analysis of the factors affecting the construction industry. Secondly according to the sustainable development theory basis for sustainable development of construction industry, aiming at the evaluation of China's construction sustainable development needs,by development level, development efficiency, potential development,resource consumption and environment effect five aspects as construction the evaluating indicator system of sustainable development, then screen the various indexes and dimensionless process for them.By using two kinds of method to evaluate-analytic hierarchy process, spatial geometric distance method and compared the results comprehensively. Finally, according to the result analyzed of sustainable development of the construction industry of Xi'an, and prospect it and put forward some measures.
