Co-integration Test Technologic Innovation And The Economy Operating Efficiency

This paper calculates the economy operating efficiency of Xinjiang during 1992-2008 year with the aid of the data envelopment analysis (DEA) method and three indexes—the practitioners, fixed assets investment and GDP. On this basis, an empirical research on the dynamic relationship between the scientific and technologic innovation in Xinjiang and the economy operating efficiency of Xinjiang with Co-integration theory and Error Correction Model and Granger Causality Test method and the other econometrics methods, using data of four S&T indexes according with input indexes—the amount of S & T personnel and R & D outlay in large and medium enterprise, output indexes—the amount of patent authorized and the amount of exchange on technology market. Then, we can get the research conclusions based on the analysis of test results, and on this basis, put forward some targeted, constructive and feasible countermeasures, with aid of analysis of the phenomenon and conclusion reasons, combining with actual situation of technology innovation and economic growth in Xinjiang. At last, find problems from this study, and put forward research prospects of relevant areas, in order to provide the reference in the future research.
