Research On Evaluation Of Enterprise Key Intellectural Capital Based On SNA-UM

With the arrival of the knowledge economy era, knowledge is gradually replacing the traditional production factors, such as land, capital and labor, and increasingly become the important strength for the social progress and enterprise development which can not be ignored. Intellectual capital is not only to be the strong power of enterprise innovation and profit growth, but also the source of enterprises to gain competitive advantage. In recent years, intelligence capital has been the research focus on theory and practice. Analyzing the scholars studies, especially the intellectual capital research situation in China, something can be found that the basic principles introduction of intellectual capital is in large number in domestic related research and research in-depth analysis of underlying mechanisms of intellectual capital with strong significance in business practices of is in small number, especially ignored the practical value of enterprise key intellectual capital in enterprise management.This paper begins with the intellectual capital related theory. Analyzing the theoretical source of enterprise intellectual capital, the understanding of enterprise intellectual capital is further deepening. Then the meaning of intellectual capital and the structure factors is summarized and explained and the characteristics of intellectual capital are analyzed, which is the foundation of the research of the key intellectual capital. In the following, analyze the intellectual capital from the different perspectives which combined self-organization, business life cycle and enterprise development (practice), which make a good understanding of the key intellectual capital and make up the lack of key intellectual capital understanding in previous research. A social network analysis (SNA) method is also introduced and the centrality indicators included in-degree centrality and output closeness centrality is selected as judgment indexes to indentify the key factors of the intellectual capital. Then, combining the identification results with the intellectual capital index system, the enterprise key intellectual capital evaluation index system is extracted. Select the unascertained measure (UM) model as the evaluation method of enterprise key intellectual capital and constructs the enterprise key intellectual capital evaluation unascertained measure model. Finally, the paper applies SNA-UM enterprise key intellectual capital evaluation model for a case analysis and puts forward relevant proposals.
