The Empirical Research On The Relationship Between Hub-form's Network Capacity And The Efficiency Of The Network Organization

Under the rapid development of economic environment, the network organization is the organizational form everywhere. Arising from environmental change and economic development, network organization can bring more resources to the business and competitive advantage, as well as gaining a better overall efficiency. In theory, scholars generally define the overall effectiveness of network organization the efficiency of network organization. Many scholars study the impact of the activities between members to the efficiency of network organization, but ignored a single member. This paper studies the efficiency of network from the core business of network organization, which is the most important individual member. For bureaucratic organization, the research of academics is core competence, which later evolved into dynamic capabilities. Under the network organization environment, the researchers found the performance of enterprises ability different, therefore, it is defined as the network capacity. And then it is found that the network capacity has a great value for the enterprise itself and the network for the whole organization. Just the researchers still remain in the general studying sense of network capacity's affect to the whole enterprise or network organization. This paper breaks through the research framework, and study the impact of the network capability of the Hub-form in network organization to the efficiency of network organization.This paper firstly describes the background and significance of this study, and then summaries the relevant research results through carefully studying the relevant theory. Based on reviewing the organization's network capabilities and network theories, the study did deductive reasoning for the logical relationship between studying objects, and draw the following key assumptions:the network capacity of the network organization's Hub-form has a direct positive role in promoting the efficiency of network organization, and have an indirect positive promotion through the stability and interaction strength. This paper surveys and interviews to complete the study questionnaire survey and data collection, then use structural equation analysis of empirical research to verify assumptions with SPSS16.0 and AMOS7.0 software. Conclusions are as follows:(1) networking capabilities of the Hub-form in network organization has a direct positive promoting role to the network organization efficiency; (2) core enterprise network capacity through interaction strength as the intermediary variables puts on the efficiency of network organization promoting a positive effect; (3) core enterprise network capacity and stability of the. network organization has a positive role in promoting interaction strength.Based on the conclusions, the following innovations are summed up:(1) According to the characteristics and role of the core business and the content of network capacity, this paper creats a dimension of the core enterprise's network capacity; (2) Use Structure Equation Model analyzing the relationship between Hub-form's network capacity and network efficiency. Finally, sum up the research innovation and shortage, and then propose the direction of future research and management recommendations.
