SMEs not only provide a large number of employment opportunities, but also create a large number of national wealth, but also for promoting economic reform and technological innovation part of the indispensable basis, can be said that SMEs have increasingly become the main engine of economic growth one. In international trade, China has not yet established a complete credit evaluation system for SMEs in international trade, while commercial banks are not designed specifically for small and medium enterprises in international trade credit services to the corresponding financial products, no effort to increase the marketing of international trade credit of SMEs, and not to understand the business needs of international trade finance information. Papers considering the characteristics of SMEs and international trade and financial capital requirements, credit for SMEs in the conduct of a comprehensive comparative analysis, based on international trade finance for SMEs conduct empirical research credit, expected to further smooth the financing channels for SMEs provide theoretical and practical guidance.First, theoretical research papers in the literature, based on the analysis of SMEs'credit behavior of international trade financing, SME financing problem of international trade focus on the performance of SMEs in international trade, the lack of indirect financing channels, and analyzes the internationalization of SMEs' characteristics of trade credit financing, and finally summarizes the financing of SMEs in international trade credit behavior factors in the financing of SMEs in international trade credit behavior is the result of many factors effect.Secondly, the paper empirical validation test and verify the factors affecting the behavior of SMEs in international trade finance. Thesis, part of a 2005-2010 Export-Import Bank loans to SMEs in international trade data on the financing of SMEs in the empirical analysis of credit behavior factors, the selected sample of small business loans have 287 customers, including agriculture, manufacturing, transportation, culture, education, construction, commerce, financial services and other industries. Sample data includes basic information about business loans, financial statements and compliance. And select the hazard model for continuous data processing, through statistical analysis, correlation analysis, Logit regression analysis, models of credit default risk of credit default factors of testing hypotheses, and empirical conclusions obtained.Finally, the paper proposes the financing of SMEs in international trade credit actions and policy recommendations. SMEs'credit data, including the protection of sources and open channels; improving the law and credit environment; the establishment of SMEs' credit rating system; changing the financing concept by industrial clusters to promote SMEs'financing.
