| Recently, with the transformation of economic growth, travel spending become transform from sightseeing to leisure and holiday type, and also the traditional estate development become transform to comfortable, ecological, and leisure type. As the idea of"life is elsewhere"is increasingly spared, and leisure way is increasingly diversify, tourism estate come into being by combination of tourism and estate. It has become the focus both of tourism and estate.Small towns around the city are the most active part of importance, and tourism eatate is a new estate form by combination of torism and estate. At the country background of accelerating the urbanization, adjusting town industrial structure, changing the way of economic growth, protecting urban ecological environment, how tourism and estate merge together, and how to develop are severe and practical problems. This paper gives an integrated study on towns around city and tourism estate development based on theme park. It analyses the trend of tourism estate and the difference from traditonal estate to study the notable problems of how to develop tourism estate.This paper takes a case study on the development and planning of Lu Junyi Park. Firstly, cultural condition and social economic condition are analysed. Secondly, related study of theme park development and estate is conducted. Architectural style of the town and development strategy of urbanization is discussed finally. It gives a further explaination of notable problems in the process of tourism estate development around the city. |
