Risk-Resisting Mechanism Study On Industry-University-Research Institute Strategic Alliance

Industry-university-research institute strategic alliance is the key step of developing high-tech and realizing industrialization, it has the important meaning to speed up China's modernization and realize well-off society. At present, the work of industry-university-research institute strategic alliance in China has launched, and has achieved gratifying achievements, but there are many problems, how to resist the risk of industry-university-research institute strategic alliance is one of problems to be solved.This paper, first of all, explains the concept of industry-university-research institute strategic alliance risk-resisting mechanism. Next, it summed up the present study on the problems in the risk-resisting mechanism of industry-university-research institute strategic alliance, there mainly are many problems such as risk cultural mechanism loss, risk early warning mechanism lack of feasibility, risk investment mechanism imperfect, risk management mechanism has defect, interest distribution mechanism unfair, legal regulating mechanism has bad effectiveness and lacking of trust mechanism. Aiming at these problems, this paper analyses the causes of these problems caused by:risk consciousness is not strong, channels for venture investment mechanism has not established, the combination of strategic alliance underpowered, alliance members pursue his own benefit maximization, lack of relevant laws, regulations and policies to standard and guide, alliance members lack of mutual trust and intermediary service agencies imperfect.Last but not very least, under the guidance of the related theory, this paper emphatically talks about countermeasures and suggestions of perfecting risk-resisting mechanism of industry-university-research institute strategic alliance:risk cultural mechanism, risk early warning mechanism, risk investment mechanism, risk management mechanism, interest and risk sharing mechanism, trust mechanism, the legal adjustment mechanism as well as the government guidance, intermediary agencies service and so on.
