A Comparative Study On Chinese And Western Humanistic Management Thoughts

With the increasing development of economic globalization and informationization,the status and the value of human are getting more and more important in management,between-group cooperation also becomes more important and indicates the strong vital force.Therefore the fusion of Chinese and Western humanistic thoughts is an inevitable trend of the development of modern management administrative.A comparative study on Chinese and Western humanistic management thoughts can help us to knew the evolutive laws and features and states of the development of Chinese and Western humanistic management thoughts,evaluate the advantages,disadvantages and adaptability of Chinese and Western humanistic thoughts,make clear the relationship between concepts of Chinese and Western humanistic management thoughts,explore the new direction and new question of humanistic management thoughts.The result is of certain reference value for humanistic management thoughts with Chinese characteristic.This thesis is mainly on the comparative study of humanistic management thoughts on the basis of Chinese-West histories and culture backgrounds.There are six parts in this article.The first part,briefly introduced the background of this article and the way of thinking,research methods and the innovation place,proposed the overall frame of this article.The second part defined and draw light on the concept discriminate related with mind identity.The third part explored and compared different developing histories of Chinese and Western humanistic thoughts.The fourth to the sixth part first analyzed and compared relative hypothesis of human nature,overall characteristic and content of Chinese and Western humanistic management theory in a meticulous way,found out the similar and different causes of Chinese and Western humanistic management thoughts by the hope of comparing the similarities and differences of theirs,studied and analyzed their differences and respective superiority,we hope to have certain enlightenment and significance to the management theory and practice with Chinese characteristic.The thesis is of due realistic meaning and theoretical value.
