Grass-roots staff of manufacturing have become the professional group which is job burnout high-risk. due to continuous working for a long time and repetitive job and monotonicity work.which is very common in clothing enterprise and electronic manufacturing enterprises,If which is ont solved and controlled,it will affect the healthy of employee, but also affect the enterprise competitiveness and development of the industry group.The research based on this background, aiming at the job burnout phenomenon in clothing company. The research expounds the theory about job burnout and job burnout work demands-resource model and so on related research, analysis research progress and the deficiency in current research fields, constructing a model about Grass-roots employee job burnout in ShangYi Clothing Company With work needs and work needed resources for a variable, put forward research hypotheses about Grass-roots employee job burnout in ShangYi Clothing Company.Purpose of this research was to investigate the general status about Grass-roots employee job burnout in ShangYi Clothing Company. Analysis the Cause of job burnout and differences between the various factors in ShangYi Clothing Company.Through these analysises, obtained main conclusions as follow:Grass-roots employee job burnout is Common phenomenon and Job burnout level on the high side in ShangYi Clothing Company; Different gender,age, the job seniority, Marital status, degree of Grass-roots employees are different in the dimensions of job burnout.; Work demands and job burnout of Grass-roots employees in ShangYi Clothing Company exist correlation, so job burnout can be forecastedFinaly, draw a conclusion, from the perspective of human resource management, to employee demands, the resources of employee demands and employees of an individual's psychological adjustment for gravity,put forward countermeasures about how to relieve job burnout of Grass-roots employee in ShangYi Clothing Company.
