Research On Project Progress Optimization Of S Institution's Gold Mine Census In Region Of ZHW

In recent years,with the development of market economy in China,facing the increasingly fierce market competition,the geological exploration unnits continuously improve their management level by studying and practice,but following the old management mode and methods,which could not allocate the various resources effectively in geological exploration project management,on the other hand geological exploration units are on the geological exploration projects for the main production business,so for "gold mine census in ZHW region" of S institution which is a typical project by using of some in-depth research and project management technology tools for optimizing the project schedule management,in the hope of providing theoretical methods and practice basis on kind of commercial metal mineral gelolgy exploration project management.This paper elaborates the Project management theory and Project schedule management theory and method firstly, then the project of S institution were introduced in details,inluding project investment cooperation forms,the geological characteristics of exploration target gregion,metallogen conditions and communication conditions,culture environment and so on. Then we broke down the overall project by using WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) tool on the plat of Microsoft Project 2010 software to the lowest level,we can get the critical path method in order to find all general problems and key factors which can help to optimizing the Project schedule with a report of project work breakdown structure;Secondly,we redistributed the workpackages and human resources.mading a comparison of the project in ZHW region before and after optimizing gold census items of detailed and the contrast is mainly on the aspects of project period, project net graph and project resources allocation.Eventually,we get the period length of this project reduced sharply and the resources allocation be more efficient,the net graph that showed much more parallel activities instead of serial activities.It proved that the way is feasible in which we optimized the project can effectively solve the actual problems and and improve efficiency of the resource allocating In this paper, professional management software and management methods are used in the geological exploration project which carry on the old rules as before,combined with the related theories and pratice, providing certain reference value to improve the geology exploration industry of commercial metal mineral exploration project management.
