Along with the rapid economic and social development, all circles of the society increasingly attend the new problem of Commercial Banks to promote social responsibility and implement green credit; Commercial Banks to promote social responsibility and implement green credit has gradually become intrinsic motivation of Commercial Banks for continuous and steady development. This paper firstly, studies and arranges the existing related economic theory, analyzes the causes of the Commercial Banks to implement green credit. Secondly, analyzes the costs and benefits of the Commercial Banks to implement green credit. Finally, analyzes intrinsic motivation of the Commercial Banks to implement green credit, and offers some meaningful countermeasures and suggestions.
